What began on the back of a napkin has turned into a venture funded real estate made simple investing application. Set up nest eggs to automatically invest in triple-net leased real estate assets.

We started working with Happynest as we fine tuned the business model and how the application would work. We went into fully functional prototyping, design and agile development. We built the application using a framework that allowed us to easily deploy the iOs & android applications simultaneously sharing the same code base.

The Problem

HappyNest needed a cost effective method to design and build their real estate investing application. After bidding the project to several firms, Mad Development won the project and got to work.

We built an administration tool that allowed HappyNest to communicate with users through the app facilitated by a backend desktop application.
