Step One: Project Concept Definition (Assess Client Needs and Set Project Objectives)
This is a discovery phase. We articulate the project objectives, outline the tasks needed to complete the objectives and develop a project timeline with milestone events. The Mad project team will outline specific deliverables and a confirmed timeline.
Step Two: Information Architecture and Development of Prototype (Construct Wireframe Prototype)
Based upon the information gathered in Step One, a wireframe of the homepage and one interior page are developed. The client is presented the wireframes and changes to the contextual and functional elements are made per client request.
Step Three: Developing a “Look and Feel” and Design Refinement (Design and Refine)
Now the wireframe and functional elements are detailed and client approved, we will produce a home and interior page “look and feel” for review. We will present these to the client, discuss and make graphical changes based upon client feedback.
Step Four: Development and Implementation (Refine Prototype)
Now the design of the website is finalized, we begin the development phase. This involves transforming the design documents into a functional website. During this stage, we will develop the website; integrate the design and content.
When this stage is complete, we will launch the website.
Step five: Install (Install and Maintain System)
The website is deployed and monitored.
